censorship, how governments use media to control minds

Since the media has grown substantially in the last 100 years we have found more and more control from large governments around the world. While most people take what the mainstream sources say as truth, most of this is not.

There are many examples of this in recent history, i will show you just a few. First we will take a look at Hugo Chavez and the attempted over throw of the Venezuelan leadership. The story that was told in America was that Chavez was an evil tyrant and the people of Venezuela was attempting to over throw him and restore a good "democracy". But there just so happened to be a film crew in the area when all of this took place . They recorded the events with out bias, and the truth was that the CIA had posed a false revolution against Chavez. The CIA had men on rooftops of buildings firing upon the pro Chavez group getting them to shoot back, using this video of them shooting to say they were taking aim at the anti Chavez rally. They used this to oust Chavez out of office, detain him on an island outside of Venezuela and impose a new government. When the people of Venezuela found out what was really going on they marched to the capital and were allowed in by the armed guards that still believed in Chavez. They threw out the "new government" and demanded that Chavez be returned. To date Chavez remains in power over Venezuela has given the oil rights back to its people, helped his people to read and understand there constitution and rights. Also fuel prices as of 2008 were at 12 cents a gallon about 1/33 the cost of what Americans pay. Anyway the contrast of what really happened in Venezuela and what the mainstream media reported were 2 totally different stories.

The second example i am going to use is the media coverage of 9/11, especially the coverage of building 7. Not everyone knows this but on September 11th 2001 there was three buildings that fell in New York, buildings 1,2 and 7. There was a lot of information of events that happened on that day that were never properly covered in the mainstream news, a few examples of this are the explosions reported under the towers shortly after the plane struck the tower, the fact that they say the fire from jet fuel was hot enough to melt steal but people were standing in the hole made from the plane (hot enough to melt steel but not to melt skin?) and building 7. Building 7 had such offices as Rudolph Giuliani's campaign office, the CIA, the IRS, Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Secret Service. There were also lots of banking and insurance companies in building 7. Building 7 was the third building that fell on that day but the first in the history of mankind to fall due to fire, building 7 had two or three minor fires on a couple of different floors witch in most cases would be easily contained. But not on this day! On September 11th 2001 the BBC reported the collapse of building 7 about a half hour before it fell! In fact in the video that BBC was reporting with, building 7 was directly behind the reporter who was telling of its collapse with one or two small fires visible. So why the collapse and the ignorant and lack of coverage on this issue?

A more recent case of media control is that of Press TV being pulled from the air in the UK. This is a Iranian owned and operated alternative news source. The "reasoning" for the pulling of there broadcasting license in the UK is because of an interview they had with a journalist who was imprisoned and forced to read a script. But in reality they were shut down because they oppose the centrally controlled media tyrant and all of the lies they try to impose to the people that watch them.

These companies consisting of CNN, BBC, NBC, FOX and a few others, it is these companies have blocked out or lied about some of the biggest events in American history. Much like the media black out of Ron Paul or Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton meeting with Bilderberg group in 2007 which is a direct violation of the Logan Act. And now as there are hundreds of cases like this and i could go on and on, the main point i am trying to get across is do not trust information that is handed to you. Get out and research look it up on the web or go to a library but check the source for conformation that it is in fact true. In today's society we cant trust most people especially ones who are trying to gain power over us. If you think that most politicians are there for the better good of the people you are wrong, They are simply an act and the media is the promoter.
